Life at Patriot EMS
Patriot is headquartered in Rockmart, Georgia, and we love the community we call home. In January 2025 we officially moved Communications and Administration to our Polk County headquarters, bringing our team and our day-to-day operations into the heart of small-town Georgia. Our Sugar Hill team serves Gwinnett County and the North Atlanta corridor from our Northeast Georgia base. In 2025 we were awarded the North Zone of the Gwinnett County Senior Services contract, and in May 2026 the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners voted to renew that relationship for another year, effective June 4, 2026. We have since expanded into ambulance operations in the area, bringing the full range of Patriot services to Northeast Georgia.
