Terms of Service
Patriot Emergency Medical Services, LLC Effective Date: April 20, 2026 Last Updated: April 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.patriot-ems.com and any related pages, forms, or online services operated by Patriot Emergency Medical Services, LLC ("Patriot EMS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website.
These Terms apply to your use of the website only. The provision of transport services, clinical care, and related healthcare activities is governed by separate agreements, consent forms, and applicable law, including the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices made available at the time services are delivered.
2. Not an Emergency Service
Patriot EMS is a non-emergency medical transport provider. We do not respond to 911 calls and we do not provide emergency medical dispatch. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or believe someone else is, call 911 immediately. Do not use this website, our contact forms, or our business phone lines to request emergency services.
3. Website Content and Purpose
The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. It describes the services we offer, our company, our service areas, employment opportunities, and how to contact us. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or a recommendation regarding any specific treatment or course of care. You should not rely on information on this website as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors or omissions, and we may change, update, or remove content at any time without notice.
4. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the website by any third party. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, to any account, computer system, or network connected to the website, or to any materials or information not intentionally made available to you
- Using any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools, to access or collect information from the website, except for search engines operating in accordance with our published instructions
- Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form, including transport requests, facility partnership inquiries, event quote requests, or employment applications
- Using the website to harass, threaten, or impersonate any person or entity
- Attempting to interfere with the proper operation of the website or any associated systems
- Using the website in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law
5. Requests for Service
Submitting a transport request form, event coverage request form, or other service inquiry through the website does not create a binding contract for service, does not guarantee that Patriot EMS will accept or fulfill the request, and does not establish a treatment relationship. All transport services are subject to our acceptance, confirmation of availability, verification of medical necessity where applicable, verification of payer coverage, and the execution of any required agreements, consent forms, or physician certification statements.
For urgent, same-day, or time-sensitive requests, we strongly recommend calling our main line at (404) 902-2628 in addition to or instead of submitting a website form. We cannot guarantee the timing of our response to website form submissions.
6. Employment Applications
Submitting an application or resume through the Careers page of our website does not create an offer of employment or a guarantee of consideration. All employment with Patriot EMS is subject to our standard hiring process, including background check, motor vehicle report, drug screening, and verification of certifications and qualifications where applicable. Any employment offered is on an at-will basis, as described in our Employee Handbook at the time of hire.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Patriot EMS or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Patriot EMS name and logo, the Patriot Enhanced Mobility Solutions name and logo, and any related product or service names, slogans, and design elements are trademarks of Patriot EMS or its affiliates.
You may view, download, and print content from our website solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the content on our website is strictly prohibited without our express written permission.
8. User Submissions
If you submit information, ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other materials to us through the website or by any other means ("Submissions"), you grant Patriot EMS a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Submissions in any form and for any purpose, including for evaluation and improvement of our services. You represent and warrant that your Submissions do not infringe any third party's rights and that you have the authority to grant this license.
This Section does not apply to personal information, which is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, or to Protected Health Information, which is handled in accordance with our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services, including social media platforms, job boards, training providers, and partner healthcare organizations. These links are provided for your convenience. Patriot EMS does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or operations of any third-party site or service. Your use of third-party sites or services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
10. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Patriot EMS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Patriot EMS does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and safeguards to satisfy your particular requirements for antivirus protection and data accuracy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Patriot EMS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Patriot EMS arising out of or in connection with the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
This limitation of liability applies to the website and its content only. It does not limit our obligations or liability in connection with the actual provision of transport and clinical services, which are governed by applicable law and separate service agreements.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Patriot EMS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, will be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice such as a prominent statement on our website. Your continued use of the website after we post updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the website.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, Accessibility Statement, and any other notices or policies referenced on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Patriot EMS regarding your use of the website and supersede any prior understandings or agreements regarding the subject matter.
