Patriot EMS operates mobility programs countywide in Gwinnett, connects riders to the wider Greater Atlanta healthcare network, and supports Northeast Georgia communities from the Sugar Hill base at 613 Buford Hwy NE. County contracts and private-pay schedules share the same driver standards and dispatch oversight.
